Known for her sharp market insight and elevated client experience, Jessica built her reputation by delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.

As a first-generation American & native New Yorker, Jessica has always been driven by ambition and precision. Her early career in healthcare—earning a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from SUNY Stony Brook and a Doctoral Degree from Temple University—demonstrated her dedication to excellence and care. Yet her true passion led her to real estate in 2016, where she quickly made her mark, selling her first million-dollar property within just four months and earning “Rookie of the Year” honors in 2017.

After years of success inside a large corporate brokerage, Jessica recognized that the traditional model often lacked the personalization, agility, and elevated service her clients deserved. She founded Black & White Residential to create a boutique real estate firm rooted in integrity, transparency, and precision.
